Peter J. Yanowitch, a Miami based jazz composer, just recorded his third CD at Bennett Studios, titled “Harmoniam”. The album features nine of his new original compositions. The session featured Ron Horton, a renowned trumpet player, composer and arranger. Horton has been a mainstay of the New York Jazz scene since the early 1980’s. The session also featured composer, and arranger Landon Knoblock on piano, Wurlitzer and accordion, Steve Pardo on tenor sax and clarinet, Austin McMahon on drums, and Jay Foote on bass. Dave Kowalski engineered the session. Dave mixed and mastered Peter’s previous two jazz recordings entitled “Getting There” and “Truer Words”, which are available on CDbaby.com.

Ron Horton’s latest release, “Everything in a Dream”, features his two bass septet (Fresh Sounds FSNT 243). Landon Knoblock’s latest release is a piano and drum duo album of improvised music, entitled “Uncarved Block”. "
